Built in three levels, this astonishing residence offers shimmering views of Aegean Sea and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Location
Situated only 5 minutes from Mykonos Old Harbour, this resplendent residence is quiet in the winter but bustling in the summertime, welcoming guests from all over the globe. Only 2,7 km from Mykonos Airport, 500m from Little Venice, 280m from the famous Bonis Windmill and literally 4 minutes from Mykonos Town Beach, Villa Pietra Bianca 1891 is ideally designed for those who seek the perfect combination of convenience and luxury. Additionally, the Villas elevated position provides exhilarating views from most parts of the house, particularly from the second-floor veranda, making it ideal for the most unforgettable vacation.

First Floor / Superior Apartment
Moving further on to the first floor, there is a spacious external jacuzzi with a shimmering view of the sea. This floor features a spacious living room, a modern kitchen with a dining table and three bedrooms. The first is a magnificent master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a lovely sea-view balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The floor also features a spacious balcony with a patio dining table, two sunbeds and an outdoor, non-heated jacuzzi* with a shimmering view of the sea.

Second Floor / Junior Suite
This part of the house, radiates grace and elegance in every single corner. The floor features a contemporary kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with a queen bed each. On the same level, there is a magnificent balcony with a patio dining table and a lounge ready to host your special moments with the most breath-taking view of the shimmering sea.

**The house is located on a pedestrian street, to which cars are not allowed to enter. It is approximately 300 metres from the point cars are obligated to stop. There are also a few steps about 50 metres away from the entrance of the property up to the upper floors .
***The house is allotted solely for stays. Parties, gatherings, events of any kind, professional photoshoots and unregisterred guests are strictly forbidden.
