The property offers warmth and ambiance with the electric log burner in the cosy living area along with space in the open plan, fully equipped kitchen where meals can be cooked and enjoyed.

The accommodation also offers private parking and an EV charger and easy access from junction 35 of the M6.

A standout feature of this house is the flexible booking options available. Guests can choose to book either one or both of the houses, depending on your needs. One property can sleep 8 and both together can sleep 16. This makes them an excellent choice for both smaller and larger groups, booking for both available on request.

We have provided rubbish bags inside the property for your use and waste should be disposed of as follows;
Bin collection days are WEDNESDAY and are found at the front of the property. Recycling bins are placed out every week with general waste bins being taken fortnightly.

This property is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Please DO NOT light candles or any other items that may cause a fire.

When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked. Please keep the keys to the property safe, if you lose them or lock them in the property as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.

In the event of a fire, guests should make their way to the front door or patio door.
In the event guests cannot make their way to the front door please keep the doors closed and call for help.

Please note the importance of closing doors at night to protect the escape routes of the house.

Vacating the property:
Please return the keys to the key safe box, remembering to scramble the numbers.
PLEASE DO NOT POST THE KEYS THROUGH THE LETTERBOX.
*Please note that posted keys or keys left inside the property will incur a capture of part or all of your damage deposit*

The cleaning team will need to gain access after your departure and if the keys have been posted they will be required to wait for a spare to be delivered, which may take some time. This may impact the next guest's arrival.

We ask that you please vacate the property by 10am as the cleaner will arrive shortly after to ready the property for the next guests.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £20 per hour and will be deducted from your security deposit
Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible, including disposing of all perishables in the outside bin.
