This semi-detached cottage rests in the Lake District former fishing port of Arnside and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Langtree is a wonderfully appointed, semi-detached cottage resting just on the edges of the pretty village of Arnside, in Cumbria. Set over three floors and boasting four bedrooms; a second floor double with en-suite bathroom, a second floor double and twin room followed by a day bed (can only be as 2 singles), sleeping eight people altogether. There is also a bathroom, upper ground floor shower room, kitchen, living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside is an enclosed garden at the rear with a lawned area and patio with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Central heating with woodburing stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV, WiFi, games console, selection of games. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking (please note there is a steep incline leading up to the driveway). Enclosed garden to rear with lawned area and patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. High chair, travel cot (bed linen not included). Shops, cafes, pubs & galleries 0.4 miles. Rail station 0.5 miles. No stag or hen parties or similar allowed at the property.

Town: Arnside is situated on the southernmost tip of the Lake District, a former fishing port retaining many of the features from its past. To the south of the village are the 15th century Pele Towers, which were constructed to defend against the marauding Scots. Within easy touring distance are the Lake District and Lune Valley, the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland.
