The villa is large and in a great location. It would easily accommodate a family. The view is incredible. The pool is very nice. The A/C worked great. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Booking the property was easy, although I had my concerns since it is managed by an Italian vacation group. We never received any instructions on finding the villa or where to park. We arrived late and it was dark and we had to call the local agent. We couldn't understand one another because of the language barrier, so we had to find the place on our own. My husband started knocking on doors and found other guests in one of the other 5 adjacent villas and they directed us where to park and to our villa. This villa is the middle villa of 5. You must walk through a shared walkway by the pools (each villa has their own) to get to your own villa. This wasn't great as we wanted privacy, but other neighbors were friendly and it was very quiet at night. Once inside, we discovered that one of the bathrooms only had a single lightbulb hanging on a card and plugged into the outlet. The second bathroom shower is missing a panel, so the shower is open and water gets everywhere. There is a drain on the floor for the water, but it was too messy for us so we never used it. We did contact VRBO and they sent someone to install an actual light in the one bathroom. The Wifi also didn't work for first 3 days. No toaster, nonstick pans, or scissors. Place definitelyneedswor
