Nearby: Regent’s Canal +waterside restaurants - 5 mins walk. Angel tube - 6 mins walk. Shoreditch/ Kings X / Farringdon - 10 mins drive/bus/bike. Camden/ Soho - 20 mins

Angel tube is a short walk. Buses stop right outside which is very handy. There is a huge public bicycle stand opposite too.

I'm happy to recommend the best of London / locally!

NB: The main road is adjacent, so extremely light sleepers need to note. Busy but not noisy traffic. It’s no louder than the sea would be beachside.

Anyone familiar with living in a city will be used to this - I don't even notice it. No one has raised this as an issue to date, but I can provide earplugs if needed.

Great stay!

Amenities were very good and we were easily able to eat in a few times to save money. Our only (small) problem was the traffic (sirens) in the morning, but otherwise all was great!

Clean, Safe, & Great location

Clean and well equipped. Great for young professional. Directly on main road, easy access to everything. Amazing coffee shop, natural foods store and Co-Op grocery steps from the front door. Angel underground station is a short walk away but there also bus stops immediately in front of property. To be clear this is a shared accommodation, not a fully private unit.

Yes it’s a split apartment with only the kitchen shared. I hardly ever see the other guests as I live in the basement.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und angrenzend war die Dusche. Die Toilette war außerhalb des Zimmers nebenan. Alles war sehr dreckig und an dem Fensterrahmen in unserem Zimmer war alles voller schwarzer Schimmel durch die Feuchtigkeit und in der Dusche war auch an den Wänden schwarzer Schimmel. Eine gesundheitliche Zumutung. Wir haben dort 10 Tage verbracht. Zuerst hieße es auch es sei nur unsere Toilette und später nochmal auf Nachfrage, da die Toilette dreckig war bei unserer Ankunft, heißt es wir müssen die Toilette teilen. Dann hätte ich das nicht gebucht, wenn es vorher so angegeben wäre in der Anzeige. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen diese Unterkunft.

Don’t feel that 2 is a fair review compared to all the other happy clients. Unfortunately they complained about a lot of minor things - including when the empty toilet roll was replaced with a new one.
