Newly refurbed 5 bed house with Free Parking n Dryer
This house is in immaculate condition, and consists of a large fitted kitchen/diner, with built-in cooker and oven. There is also a cosy lounge.
One of the bedrooms has it’s own private en-suite, and there are two other bathrooms, including a shower room on the ground floor.
Externally, there is a private drive way for parking, plus front and back gardens. There is also a 24/7 emergency call out service, so your needs would be catered for all the time.
This house is located in a delightful, new-build development, which is very quiet, yet only a short 2 mile trip into the city centre.
The whole of this house is available to guests, as well as the shed and gardens.
Parties are strictly prohibited, else guests risk losing part or all of their full deposit.
