The Space:
Moseley Mews are five charming 1-bedroom, apartments across two buildings. Three apartments are in the first building, one on the ground, one on the first and one on the second floor. Two apartments are in the second building, one on the ground and one on the first floor. Please note there are other apartments in the building where people live.

The two on the ground floors and two on the first floors can each sleep up to three guests. The fifth apartment, Sapphire Suite on the second (top) floor is able to accommodate up to four guests. Giving a total of up to 16 guests across the five apartments.

All fully self-contained, these five serviced apartment are perfect for holidaymakers, professionals, or contractors, offering a private and comfortable stay.

The apartments features a well-designed living and dining area, complete with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, a television, and a lovely dining table, creating a cozy space for relaxation. Families with young children can also request a travel cot for added convenience.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which includes modern appliances such as an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, and kettle. With all necessary utensils, cookware, and tableware provided, preparing home-cooked meals is a breeze. A utility area adds further convenience.

All bedrooms have a double bed except for one apartment which has two single beds. All apartments have shower room with a WC and basin, ensuring privacy and comfort. The two apartments on the ground floor also have an ensuite.

Guests can enjoy access to a large shared enclosed garden area on the ground floor, ideal for pets, children, or unwinding outdoors.

Located just a 10-minute walk from local cafes, bars, and restaurants, and only a 20-minute drive to Birmingham City Centre, Moseley Mews provide modern amenities and a prime location for leisure or work stays. Perfect for short or extended visits, this apartment promises a pleasant and memorable experience for all.

Guest Access:
Be sure to confirm the correct number of guests and pets so that we can enjoy a stress free check in. There is space on the driveway in front of the property for parking which you are welcome to use. If this is taken up by other guests there is unrestricted on parking available on the road. The house is typically self check. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. CCTV protects all areas outside the property. Note there are couple of easy steps from street level to access the main front door of the property
