Welcome to the Cocoon! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You are a few minutes away from the main train station, Libération, Jean Médecin, Gambetta, and 10ish minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, place Masséna and the old Nice.

Fully equipped and furnished with a hot bathtub, working space, chair and desk, high-speed internet; you will have everything you need.

The Cocoon is a duplex with a unique space. Simple yet philosophic, you will find yourself in a relaxing and cozy space with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you are a French book lover, you are in for a treat!

You have access to every part of the space, make yourself home!

1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom.
7. Please respect the noise curfew (10:00pm till 8:00am)
8. Please turn off the AC and heater when you go out, excessive energy consumption is harmful for the environment.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
13. Please do your dishes.
14. Please take the trash out before you leave.
15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Overall the apartment is really nice. The owner or whoever communicated with us was really helpful. The apartment was clean. There's a bus station few meters and is really close to the tram station as well. The top floor ceiling was a little to low for us, so we didnt really use the top floor much. The beds are sofa beds so not our favourite. The apartment however is really beautiful. The air conditioner was the best. It saved as a lot as it was really hot outside. Now the area, it was a little creepy for us in the beginning as its near the back side of the main street and right under the roads and the owner assured as its a family area and it seemed good But it was okay. We didnt face any issues.
