Villa Mar Azul is an elegant three-bedroom villa designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy. All bedrooms have air conditioning, Smart TV and a private bathroom, creating an ideal environment to rest and relax.



The villa features a spectacular private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious outdoor area, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying moments of tranquillity outdoors. It is located in a quiet residential area of Puerto Calero, just three kilometres from Puerto del Carmen and a short walk from the exclusive Puerto Calero centre, with bars, restaurants and supermarket within reach. Just a two-minute walk away, you will find a modern sports centre with a gym, saltwater pool and tennis courts.



The spacious terrace is equipped with a dining table and comfortable armchairs, offering direct views of the spacious swimming pool. The pool area has sun loungers, an umbrella, a shower and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying Lanzarote's climate in total comfort.



The first bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, television, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. The second bedroom has an extra-large bed (180x190), air conditioning, television, spacious wardrobe with safe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom also has an extra-large bed (180x200), air conditioning, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. In total, the villa has three full bathrooms and an additional toilet, all equipped with hairdryer.



The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a four-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and complete tableware for six people. An independent dining room separates the kitchen from the living room, creating a perfect space to enjoy meals with family or friends.



The lounge is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, Smart TV with international channels and air conditioning. The villa has high-speed Wi-Fi connection, ideal for those who need to work or connect online during their stay.



Villa Mar Azul is equipped so that you feel at home, offering a washing machine, iron and ironing board for exclusive use by guests. Bed linen and a set of towels per person are provided. Bed linen change included for stays over 10 nights. The swimming pool can be heated with a small supplement.
