We were in town for a wedding, my kids, 79-yr-old mother and I. This house was the perfect home base. Great kitchen, plenty of space for all of us to stretch out and watch movies at the end of a day. A well-cared-for home that was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Also, Mingus park across the street was a treat!

We loved our stay! Selina was super responsive and the house was perfect for our group of 6. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. It was great to be able to walk to get coffee and to the park. Our favorite things were Cape Arago (we loved the seals!), sunsets at Sunset Beach, and sandboarding on the sand dunes at Hall Lake. Would definitely stay here again!

I would give this property a 10.I was hesitant to rent this property in the past as it was in town. I am so glad that I rented it this time. It is a beautiful house, very spacious. The house was very clean, as well as the grounds. The kitchen is amazing. Provided everything you would need to cook with and it was with quality cooking utensils. (Only suggestion would be to place all the board games in the closet closest to the bathroom and leave the cupboard empty for guest food)I will definitely rent this property again.

This home was in a fantastic location, across the street from Mingus Park and close to all the great downtown shops and restaurants. It was clean, cozy and super comfy, and the host was amazing! We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location close to sights in Coos Bay and sights along the coast. The home comfortably fit a group of 6 that included one child. The host was easy to contact for any questions. Amenities were clean and worked well and fit our needs for a long weekend stay.

Great Accommodations!

We loved our stay - there wasn’t anything we needed that had not been provided. Beautiful park across the street that provided much needed exercise from a long road trip from Kansas! Will recommend to family - we have a granddaughter in college in the area.

A great stay!

The close proximity to Mingus Park, downtown shops and the waterfront make this house a great one! The updates are nicely done, the kitchen has all you need and the bedding is nice and cozy!

Coos Bay Getaway

Although the tuna fishing trip we came for was canceled due to weather we still enjoyed our comfortable stay at Mingus Park. Would recommend this place 100%.
