The room was very disappointing. Found bugs on the bed, roaches in the kitchen and closet. Floors were sticky. underneath the kitchen sink was filthy. stains on the sofa and love seat. end table dirty. cup stain on the dining table. Shower stall has mildew around the shower door. The host did refund the cleaning deposit and send the cleaning crew back on the third day, but we think we should receive a full refund. We have stayed at cylipso several times and never been dissapointed until this stay. We will not recommend room 2103 tower two.
