Villa Maya is located in the centre of Kapparis Tourist Resort Area, in a small quiet complex only 600 metres from Fireman’s Beach.
This lovely villa offers memorable holidays with its spacious living area, good size pool and all amenities within close range.
Designed with attention to detail, furnished to a high standard and with ample of bathroom space, it is perfect place to have comfortable and memorable holiday.
Together with living area, there are one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. A family bathroom with bath and another three bedrooms of which one has en-suite bathroom are located on the first floor.
The swimming pool area is equipped with outdoor furniture suitable for al-fresco dining.
The pool area is surrounded by a lovely and matured landscaped garden full of Cypriot pots, palm trees and flowers.
Pool Heating has an additional charge, please make your request at least 2 days before arrival if you are interested in Pool Heating.

A lovely villa , great location . Villa clean and tidy . I gave it the rating good as I paid for a heated pool , it wasn’t heated so I had to sort that out , no apologie , and we lost a couple of days of not using it even though we had paid for it . If you request the pool is heated then message a few days before you go so it’s done for you .
