Great penthouse completely renovated and equipped with quality and good taste.
Penthouse located in a large residential complex with a large heated pool and several elevators.
The complex is located a few minutes’ walk from the shopping areas and the famous beach of Puerto Rico.
The property consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and television.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and a wonderful terrace with views of the sea and the urbanization.
In total, the apartment can accommodate 4 people: in 1 double bed and in 1 double sofa bed.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday, on holidays or late check in: contact the agency. The key collection site: apartment. Before arrival, the contract will be signed online, a security deposit will be paid by card (€100) and all remaining payments. The deposit will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
