Do not rent here

Do not rent from this place. I have stayed in 30+ property rentals and this was by far the worst. We arrived to find the rental uncleaned. There were literal urine stains on the mattress and bedding. Food scraps left in the sink, on the floor, countertops, ect. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, along with caked on gunk (I do not want to imagine what it came from) on the walls on the bathroom. There was black mold on on the ceiling. The windows were all covered with rusted metal bars. If there was a fire, you would be trapped. The couches and chairs were covered in stains and food crumbs. The rental is in a sketchy area above a car repair shop. The listing says there is plenty of on street parking in the area, this is untrue. We called the property manager and they said that if we left immediately then we would receive a full refund. The said the host would call us in the morning. It has been 3 weeks. The host nor property manager have not replied to any of our messages or calls. A refund has not be issued.
