In the heart of the Old Town of Albufeira, in the Algarve, Vista del Mar Guest House is a charming renovated Algarve house, perfect for group holidays. The villa is divided into 2 apartments and is rented together: T2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 sea view balconies (lounge and dining area with barbecue), equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms; T1 with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.



The space offers Wi-Fi and TV with channels. The sea view is stunning: you can see the entire Fishermen's Beach and the beaches that follow. You don't need a car everything is within a 5-minute walk. Beach at 1 minute. Parking at 5 minutes.



Additional rules and important information



Security deposit: guests must leave €100 per person at check-in, paid in cash or card. Amount refunded by bank transfer within 14 business days after check-out, if there is no damage.



In case of damage, the amount will be previously communicated and only the corresponding amount will be retained.



Check-in: from 4 PM onwards



Check-out: until 10 AM



Early check-in late check-out: subject to availability, confirmed 2–3 days before arrival



Pet Friendly animals allowed with prior notice. Extra cleaning fee: €50
