ASSISI, the City of Peace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000, is the city of Santa Chiara, San Francesco and Blessed Carlo Acutis.
Plan at least a couple of nights for the visit: the magic of our Village, made of Art, Culture, History and Christianity, is to be experienced intensely!

STRUCTURE INFO
The houses in the historic center are all made of pink stone (the famous stone of Mount Subasio), built in different eras.
You will have a large two-room apartment of over 60 square meters, in excellent condition and with attention to detail, located on the ground floor of a 1400s building.

The LIVING ROOM has an open kitchen, a foldaway double bed for quality sleep (no sofa beds!), a sofa and TV, to spend an evening dedicated to entertainment.
It will have a Wifi with unlimited traffic at your disposal and a space for smart working.

The BATHROOM is covered in white Carrara marble; truly comfortable, it offers a large shower, washing machine, wall-mounted hairdryer, suspended toilet and bidet for optimal cleaning of the sanitary fixtures. It will have space to store your beauty case.

The BEDROOM is independent from the living room, ensuring excellent privacy from the rest of your family or friends. It will have a wardrobe and chest of drawers and will have 220V and USB sockets.

The KITCHEN is equipped with an induction hob, porcelain dinnerware, stainless steel cutlery, various utensils, mini oven, refrigerator.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
It is an important part of the attention we pay to our guests.
Even before your arrival, you will receive links to events in the city and other useful information.
The car parks are a few hundred meters from the apartments. We offer our guests discounted rates for museums and car parks.

WIFI, SMART WORKING AND SMART TV
You will have free wifi and a desk for Smart Working.
All our facilities are equipped with Smart TVs connected to the internal wifi.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 3:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 am.
Although there is the possibility, in all our facilities, to use Self Check-in (no penalty in case of delay), we will be waiting for you, if you wish, in agreed places to accompany you to the apartment.

COURTESY SET
In our apartments you will find high-quality bathroom products as well as dedicated space to store your beauty case.

BEDS AND LINEN
In all the accommodations the mattresses are in memory with a thick topper.
Even on the sofa beds (where available) you will find the topper!
The sheets we use, 100% Italian cotton, are of excellent quality, the pillows are all in memory.
You will find four-season duvets and additional duvets for those who feel the cold. You can use a set of three towels in very soft sponge. The linen is washed and sanitized by a specialized company.

CLEANING SERVICE
Specialized and highly selected staff takes care of professionally cleaning our apartments.
The cost is included in your reservation.

IN THE SURROUNDINGS
The “Suite di San Rufino” is located INSIDE THE WALLS, in the highest and oldest part of Assisi.
You will find, a stone's throw from the structure, the Basilica of San Francesco and a few minutes away the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore where the body of Blessed Carlo Acutis rests as well as the Basilica of Santa Chiara.
You won't have to give up anything!
