In the charming whitewashed village of Periana, a lovely house awaits in the heart of the old town, El Rinconcito de Conchi.

Peacefully situated and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries, this home is a retreat for those seeking to experience authentic Spanish life.

This little house was lovingly decorated by Antonio and Inke to welcome guests who appreciate cozy originality and have a love for life in a typical Andalusian village and its indescribably beautiful natural surroundings.

Step into an original and bright ground floor adorned with beautiful tiles and typical elements. The living room seamlessly integrates with an open kitchen, equipped with modern amenities such as an induction cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A comfortable lounge with a smart TV and chaise lounges invites relaxation, while a charming patio (a nice sitting area at the end of a wonderful vacation day) invites you to enjoy a delicious snack. A bathroom with tub/shower/bidet/toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine add practical conveniences.

Ascend to the first floor to find a room with a double bed and wardrobe, along with another room with two single beds (convertible into a double) and its own wardrobe. We offer our guests a restful and comfortable sleep. A balcony with chairs offers a place to enjoy the outdoors, while a small lounge in the hallway can serve as a reading corner. On this floor, there is a separate toilet.

This house warmly welcomes your furry friends (we even provide bowls and a bed), and safety barriers on the stairs ensure a family-friendly environment.

While Rinconcito de Conchino is not a grand luxury retreat, it promises an immersive experience in typical Spanish lifestyle.

Periana is surrounded by nature, with spectacular mountains to the north and the beautiful Viñuela lake to the south, making it a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Explore rich history with nearby prehistoric settlements like Periana Cerro de Capellanía, El Fuerte, Llano de la Matanza, Rio Seco, and Cerro Alcolea. Two kilometers to the north, the Baños de Vilo, with their restored Moorish baths, offer a unique touch of medicinal relief and revitalization to add a therapeutic dimension to your stay.

All the tourist attractions of Andalusia are easy to visit on a day trip, and if you fancy a day by the sea, the award-winning Torre del Mar beach is only 40 km away.

For hiking enthusiasts: the Great Malaga Path passes by our house, and the beautiful hiking trail El Sentillo, not yet a very touristy route with hanging bridges and waterfalls, starts 25 km from our house, a true discovery! (And to make things easier for you, we provide backpacks and Nordic walking sticks upon request, which you can use for a small fee.)
