Spread across three levels, the home features five bedrooms, a children’s room with two cots, and two bathrooms, including a walk-in shower. The winter garden with a fireplace offers a cozy spot to unwind, while the terrace, garden, and slide make outdoor time fun for all ages. The ground floor includes a stylish living room with TV and stereo, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances like a dishwasher, espresso machine, and microwave. Upstairs, the bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. The annex provides a washing machine, garden furniture, and on-site parking for added convenience. Located in a quiet town in the Eifel region, the home is surrounded by nature and close to activities like skiing, hiking, cycling, and wellness centers. Adventure parks and cultural sites like Trier are within reach, making it a perfect base for a varied and relaxing holiday. A security deposit of EUR 170,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
