The house was renovated in 2013, has a free Wi-Fi connection, garage and bicycles and is divided as follows:
Ground floor:
Kitchen, large dining and living room with wood stove,
3 bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet and hallway. The rooms are very comfortably furnished.
Basement, cellar:
1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet,
1 bedroom with queen size bed 140x200cm
Housekeeping room with washing machine, dryer and small freezer

In the basement there is a kicker and an air hockey.
The garage connects to the basement.

The large outdoor area of ​​800sqm with its terrace offers the opportunity to relax. There are garden furniture and a barbecue.

The house is located directly on the forest and allows a beautiful view of the wonderful nature.

Danke für den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in eurem wunderschönen Haus! Kommunikation, sowie Schlüsselübergaben waren unkompliziert über die Schlüsselbox möglich. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir selbst mitgebracht, hätte es für 18 pro Person aber im Zweifel auch gegeben - sonst hat es absolut an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zeer mooie locatie. Het huis was zeer net en heel goed onderhouden. Alles dat je nodig had was aanwezig. We hebben niets gemist. Ook handig met de sleutel in het kastje, je kan gewoon aankomen wanneer het past. We hebben ook zeer lekker gaan eten in het wolfhotel dater echt vlakbij ligt. Dat was zeer lekker en de mensen waren daar ook supervriendelijk! Bedankt om ons weekend top te maken!

Sehr schöne, sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.Rustikaler Grill (aber sehr funktionstüchtig), Spielemöglichkeiten und Nachts ist es so ruhig, dass man die Käuzchen rufen hört. Und, als Stadtkind, die Milchstraße bewundern kann.

Mooie ruim huis

Plek van het huis is erg mooi en centraal. Ruimte is schoon en ruim. Alles was netjes inorde bij aankomst ook de sleutel was makkelijk zelf te regelen. Op de foto’s niet helemaal duidelijk dat er een trap naar de voordeur is. We snappen ook dat dat voor de huizen in de regio vrij gangbaar is. De zitmeubels in het huisje zijn in de toekomst aan vernieuwing toe en je ziet het en der gebruikers sporen ( kleine reparaties ). Maar des al niet te min hebben we een geweldige vakantie gehad. Genoten van de omgeving en het huisje.

Baustelle vor dem Garten. Bezüge für die Gartenstühle eingerissen. Dreckige Unterkunft, alte Socken, 1/2 Wasseflaschen im Bett vorgefunden. Kühlschrank nicht angestellt, sehr lieblos gestaltet.

Perfekt für ein langes Wochenende

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, groß und hat einen schönen Garten. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der schlechte Empfang. Telefonieren war nicht möglich und mobiles Internet war in dem Ort nicht vorhanden. Mit 10 Personen war das WLAN auch am Limit und recht langsam. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn man darauf angewiesen ist könnte es zum Problem werden.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage am Waldrand

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Große Einfahrt zum parken. Alles war sehr sauber. Nur Bettwäsche mussten wir selber mitbringen. Der Adler und Wolfspark in der nähe ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Heerlijke vakantie

Het verblijf was fantastisch. De accomodatie was erg netjes, zeer groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse, die schuin tegenover woont, zie je niet of nauwelijks en wanneer ze wel langskomt om bijvoorbeeld de vuilnis bij de weg te kunnen zetten belt ze netjes aan en maakt ze een gezellig praatje. De ligging is perfect, lekker rustig en veel bos in de buurt met en ruime tuin met schommel en barbecue mogelijkheden. Bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten zijn veelal binnen een half uur te rijden wat het verblijf met kinderen ideaal maakt. Zeker een aanrader!

prachtig huis in rustgevende omgeving

We hebben een mooie vakantie beleefd in dit royale huis, van alle gemakken voorzien! Ligt heerlijk rustig aan de rand van een heel klein dorpje en langs het bos. De keuken en het sanitair waren splinternieuw. De voetbaltafel en air-hockey in de kelder waren een feest. Prachtig en afwisselend gebied waar een hoop te beleven en ontdekken is. Het enige (maar dan ook echt het enige) minpuntje waren de harde matrassen in de grootste slaapkamer. Kortom: een aanrader!

Groß und gut eingerichtet, tolle Lage

Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und gemütliche Abende, ist außerdem gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Gelegen ist es sehr ruhig und waldnah, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß findet man Anschluss an Wanderwege der Eifel. Unseren Aufenthalt dort haben wir sehr genossen!

Schönes gemütliches Haus

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ist gut, allerdings ist das Ort sehr abgelegen. Küche und Badezimmer sind frisch renoviert, aber auch sonst ist alles gut. Schöne Terrasse zum relaxen oder Grillen. Das einzige was wir bemängeln könnte, ist das die Lage am Waldrand an etwas kühleren Sommerabenden die ein oder andere Spinne ins Haus bringt, was Abends oft zu einer Jagd ausartete. Wer da seine Problem mit hat sollte hier vorsichtig sen.
