This converted and completely restored farmhouse for a maximum of 12 people is located in Fresach in Carinthia, at an altitude of about 1050 meters with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The house, which has 4 individual holiday apartments, was built about 450 years ago and converted into a large holiday home by the owner while preserving the authentic character. The apartments are modern and simple, but fully furnished. In total, the house has 4 living rooms with dining areas, 6 bedrooms and four bathrooms with shower and toilet. The open kitchens are equipped with a hotplate and a refrigerator. The house also offers a large garden. You can park directly at the house.

Fresach is located in the tourist region of Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge, directly in the Alpe-Adria region and offers numerous tourist attractions and sporting activities. Lake Millstätter See, also known as the jewel of Carinthia, offers a particularly idyllic, warm and southern atmosphere due to its proximity to Italy. The lake is picturesquely situated between the Carinthian Nockberge, has a water temperature of around 27 degrees and offers plenty of different beaches. Alternatively, in summer the public swimming pools in Paternion and Radenthein also offer plenty of swimming fun!

The region also offers numerous hiking trails, bicycle and mountain bike tours, all kinds of events and excursion destinations and a wide range of culinary highlights.

You can ski in 3 nearby ski areas, all of which can be reached in around 30 minutes by car, the Goldeck sports mountain on the Gerlitzen, the ski area in Bad Kleinkirchheim or on the Katschberg, with a total of just over 800 kilometers of slopes.

Directly in Fresach you will find sufficient shops for your daily needs, as well as a good selection of restaurants.
