Studio located on the 3rd floor and equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2).  There is also a cosy living room, which has full-width wall-to-wall windows, opening onto the sun-facing terrace, which offers a wonderful sea view.  There is a modern fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This fully renovated studio is located on the seafront and near a tram stop. Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
