About this property

This pleasantly furnished holiday home is in a country area. It is on a farm in the west of the Eifel Region. The Eifel is in the German-Belgian border area. The farm has horses, ponies, pigs, rabbits and geese. There are various leisure activities on the farm for young and old. There is playground equipment, an indoor play area with table tennis, table football and a small fitness area. Youll enjoy excellent walking and cycle routes in the immediate area. The nearby Schwarzen Mann Mountain 700 is metres high. When there is enough snow in winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, downhill skiing and tobogganing. The Eifel Zoo is 14 km away, the Auw-Stausee is 2 km and the Kasselburg Eagle and Wolf Park is 20 km away. The large kitchen is fully-equipped for trying out every recipe from your family cookbook. 3 pets are welcome to stay with you for a small fee. Cologne Bonn Airport is 118 km.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis! De ruime indeling was perfect voor ons gezin en de kinderen vonden het geweldig om op de speelplaats te spelen. Het nabijgelegen meer bood een rustige plek om te wandelen en we genoten ervan om 's avonds op de grill te koken.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in dit gezellige vakantiehuis in Auw! De locatie is perfect voor natuurliefhebbers - dicht bij wandel- en fietspaden was een groot pluspunt voor onze familie, De kinderen vonden de boerderijdieren geweldig, vooral de pony's en konijnen, en de speeltuin hield hen urenlang bezig, De ruime keuken was goed uitgerust, wat het bereiden van gezinsmaaltijden een genot maakte, We genoten ook van de sauna na een lange dag van verkenning in de nabijgelegen Eifel Zoo en het Kasselburg Eagle and Wolf Park, Al met al was het een ontspannende uitje, en we kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren!

Wohnung selbst war ok, allerdings war es nicht wirklich ein klassischer Bauernhof wo man viele Tiere sehen oder sogar streicheln kann, sondern man hat nur von Weitem ein paar Schafe, Ponys und Gänse gesehen. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer war nicht sehr schön (direkt auf einen Müll-/Matschhaufen) und außerdem mussten wir einen relativ hohen Betrag an Stromkosten bezahlen (32 Euro für 2 Nächte, wovon wir einen Tag garnicht vor Ort waren). Da scheint uns was nicht ganz zu stimmen..die Zimmer selbst waren aber gut.
