About this property

Farmhouse from 1869 with modern ambience, free WLAN, oven and large garden

This typical old farmhouse from 1869 is located in the municipality of Dahlem, in the idyllic Berk district, in the middle of the Eifel. "Mein Eifel Ferienhaus Charlotte" was completely renovated in December 2017 and is furnished in a modern atmosphere. 4 bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet and a large living room with kitchen, dining area, wood stove and living area are waiting for the nature-seeking guest and are spread over 3 floors. Two living rooms complete the offer (sofa bed in the 2nd Living room on request for up to 10 people) The kitchen is of course equipped with a dishwasher. A washing machine is in the guest bathroom. WiFi is of course free of charge.

A large garden invites you to linger in summer. Children have soccer goals, trampolines, slides, swings, pedal vehicles and much more. Guests can relax on the barbecue area, sun loungers or in the Hollywood swing. It doesn't matter whether it's bread on the campfire or just looking at the stars, here you can experience nature from its beautiful side. Guests are welcome to use the sauna in the annex for a small surcharge.

Start from the location on too many great hikes.
From your Eifel holiday home Charlotte you can reach many interesting destinations, no matter whether the nearby game reserve in Hellenthal, the ArsKrippana, Phantasieland, the Kronenburger See just 3 km away, the ski areas Weißer Stein or Schwarzer Mann, the Nürburgring and so much more await the guests. Hikers start directly from the house, cyclists use the Kyll bike path, which is only 3 km from the house or the Venn bike path, which is also only 3 km away. Along this old railway line you drive either to Weywertz in Belgium or to Gerolstein. Bicycles can of course be stored in the garage free of charge. Use the taxi bus in the community. This will take you to any place in the entire municipality, upon reservation, for only 0.50 euros for children and 1.20 for adults.

The Eifel holiday home Charlotte can accommodate 8 people, on request also on the sofa bed in the 2nd Living room for 10 people.

Ideal for hiking

Numerous hiking trails in direct neighbourhood. For city visiting: Monschau and Kronenbourg are great. (Monschau is a bit of a tourist trap). Very friendly and helpful owners. Marion and Ingo respond within 30 minutes to messages, often sooner.

Sehr schönes altes Haus, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und so wie die anderen Räumlichkeiten sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ideal für gestresste Großstädter. Alles in allem prima und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Einfach nur klasse

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Direkt an einem kleinen Fluss gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Wanderungen sind rund um Berk in toller Natur möglich. Sonntags gibt es einen Brötchendienst was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Vermieter standennuns bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Tolles Haus, toller Garten!

Alle Möbel und Dinge im Haus sind schön und neuwertig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 4 Doppelbetten, 3 WCs, 2 neue Bäder, ein Riesengarten mit tollem Grillplatz und Hollywoodschaukel, was will man mehr! Die Vermieterin Marion ist sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert.

Prima Ferienwohnung und Gastgeber

Eine großzügige Ferienwohnung über drei Etagen mit großem, gut ausgestattetem Garten in schöner Landschaft. Die zweite Etage fällt etwas niedriger aus als der Rest des Hause, die Türen sind etwas niedriger als 1,90m. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste, incl. eines Brötchendienst an Sonntagen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das WLAN ist zufriedenstellend, allerdings in der obersten Etage kaum zu empfangen (kann aber auch an meinem alten Laptop liegen). Wir haben mit fünf Personen ein wundervolles Wochenende verbracht.

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, es war sogar Bier für jeden kaltgestellt :), Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Man wird von eine sehr netten und lieben Vermieterin begrüßt die auch für Sonderwünsche ein offenes Ohr hatte. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für weitere Aktivitäten rund um Dahlem. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch im Burgdorf Kronenburg.

Super Haus und nette Vermeiter

Unser Mädels-Entspannungs-Wochenende hätte nicht besser sein können. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet mit Kamin und allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Zur Sauna geht's durch die Garage aber das hat unserer Entspannung nicht geschadet.
