The property is located in the climatic health resort of Monschau in the beautiful touristic region of Eifel, on the German-Belgian border. With its historic half-timbered houses and winding streets, the town of Monschau is the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll. Many themed hiking trails bring you closer to the beautiful natural surroundings. Excursions include: Monschau Castle, the "Red House" museum, historic mustard mill, Monschau summer toboggan run, Eifel National Park, Aachen, Bad Münstereifel. There is a lake only a few minutes drive away to offer you some solitude and lets you enjoy long walks and some time for introspection and contemplation. There is a public swimming pool only 4 km away, so you can enjoy refreshing dives and beat the scorching summers in style. You can also employ a gas barbecue during the evenings and enjoy delicious grilled food amid the mirth and laughter of your loved ones. The house is equipped with central, oil heating facility to keep you warm during winters. The adults can enjoy party games while kids can busy themselves with the many toys and a TV on the property.
