Vacation home "Am alten Fachwerk" - relaxation in a modern and cozy ambience

A warm welcome to our holiday home, “Am alten Fachwerk,” in Monschau Kalterherberg. You are cordially invited to spend a relaxing holiday with us in a modern and cosy setting. Formerly a weaving mill, farmhouse, and restaurant, the house—following its complete renovation in 2019—now offers plenty of space (approx. 130 square metres) for up to six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area invite you to spend quality time together with family or friends. The old half-timbered structure contributes to the home’s cosy atmosphere, as does the soapstone stove in the centre of the ground-floor living area. The rental consists of an entire half of the house with a separate entrance, parking space, terrace, and small garden. The bathroom on the ground floor is wheelchair-accessible.
You can set out on hikes right from the holiday home.
Please note that during the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 4 nights.

Eifelwochenende

Ein Wochenende in der Eifel. Die Buchung war unkompliziert möglich. Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war perfekt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sowohl die Schlafzimmer, aber auch die Badezimmer waren großzügig und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, auch hier hat es uns an nichts gemangelt. Von der Ferienwohnung habe wir den Rursee besucht. Auch bot uns die Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten. Die Nähe zum Vennbahnradweg machte eine An- und Abreise mit dem Rad gut möglich. Nach den Ausflügen lud das gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer zur Erholung ein. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war angenehm, sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
