Approximately 500 m from the ocean at Skåstrup Strand you will find this well-appointed holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities for 16 people who simply offers everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. The house has a pool area, which features a sauna, a large whirlpool with back massage and seated massage. On the other side of the centrally placed dining/living room you come into the activity room where you can take a game of table football, darts or pool at the billiards table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis. Both the pool area and activity room is a great gathering place for the whole family. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with flat-screen TV, PlayStation, lounge area and wood-burning stove, all contribute to creating a cosy atmosphere. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and is built around two separate sleeping quarters and a total of three large bathrooms. All bathrooms have shower cubicle and underfloor heating. On the large plot there is room for ball games and sunbathing, and there is also a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Payment for deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
