Holiday cottage located approx. 500 m from the ocean at Skåstrup Strand. Accommodates 18 people, personalised decorated with modern furnishings. The house has simply everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. The house has a pool area with both large a swimming pool, water slide, swim coach, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The swimming pool is 18m ² and has a slide for the kids. There is also a swim coach so all week you can improve your fitness with daily strokes combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna, located in the pool room. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built around two separate sleeping sections. Each section has a bathroom and there is an additional bathroom in the pool area. A total of three bathrooms, all have underfloor heating. The house is heated by geothermal heating. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, DVD player, high chair, living room and wood-burning stove. The house has 7 bedrooms. In addition, large and spacious mezzanine. In the activity room you can play billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. The kitchen has large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors for socialising. There are several televisions in various departments as well as PS4 PRO and DVD players. On the spacious plot that surrounds the house there are several play items for the children including swings, play tower, sandpit and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The large terrace has a fence, so children and pets can't run away. Payment for deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house.
