The house has simply everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. The house has a pool area with both large a swimming pool, water slide, swim coach, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The swimming pool is 18m ² and has a slide for the kids. There is also a swim coach so all week you can improve your fitness with daily strokes combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna, located in the pool room. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built around two separate sleeping sections. Each section has a bathroom and there is an additional bathroom in the pool area. A total of three bathrooms, all have underfloor heating. The house is heated by geothermal heating. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, DVD player, high chair, living room and wood-burning stove. The house has 7 bedrooms. In addition, large and spacious mezzanine. In the activity room you can play billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. The kitchen has large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors for socialising. There are several televisions in various departments. On the spacious plot that surrounds the house there are several play items for the children including swings, play tower, sandpit and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The large terrace has a fence, so children and pets can't run away. Payment for deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
