Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Condo was clean and well equipped. The location is very good, close to Perdido Pass. I liked the fact that each of the two bedrooms have a private bathroom. Mattresses are firm but comfortable. (Guest bedroom furniture needs a little “tweaking”, but it wasn’t a major problem.) I would definitely rent this unit again.

Awesome that the owner supplied a parking pass for our stay. We were on the 12th floor ocean view. Awesome view, we rented two chairs and an umbrella for our stay; walk down with the cooler and we were set for the day. Unit was clean, bed was comfortable. Very minimal supply in the unit. We went to the store and put up some staples. Unit had everything we need cooking utensil wise. Very pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property management company was exceptional to work with. The unit was very clean, great location, no elevator issues except for Friday morning when everyone was checking out, there was a long wait but that is expected. We checked in on a Thursday and out on a Monday and that was perfect as far as no elevator wait times during our stay. That was a big thing for us because PCB has horrible elevators in every condo it seems. Clean linens, plenty of dishes. Laundry worked perfect. The second bedroom door doesn’t close all the way due to the footboard sticking out a little but we were able to stack pillows to create some closure :) . We will stay here again!

Clean condos, family oriented, all amenities were clean and in working order, lots of staff to help as well! Beautiful view too! A few small inconvenience like slow draining sink, wall decor was dusty but over all a nice stay!

Great location…there was some renovation going on that started at 8 am that the manager communicated beforehand. Rooms need a little touch up but location and amenities were good. Beach Getaways communication was very good and checked on us a couple of times during the trip to make sure everything was fine.

We had a great time. We went for a quick trip to celebrate a friend’s retirement. Everything was perfect! Only thing we noticed was that the bedroom door to the room with two beds won’t close because the bed sticks out a little far. It wasn’t an issue for us but might be for someone else! Thanks for sharing your place we would definitely stay again.

Skillets in kitchen were gross. Need new skillets. TV kept losing signals. Oh and by the way. We had a really windy night & the glass Pelican on your table was blown over & broke. Other than that things were good!

Plus side - The condo itself is what I would call average looking. It's a little beaten up here and there. The view is great and the patio furniture was nice to use. The facility has a very nice outside pool. The kitchen is a nice size and having a washer and dryer in the unit was handy. The private parking space was nice to use too. Down side - The kitchen has a limited supply of mismatched dishes and random things in it to use. The fridge door is broken (it's a french door and the flippy thing that goes in between the doors to seal it up would get stuck), so you have to manually fold the flippy thing in to shut the doors every time you open it. It also does not have an ice maker. The bed linens in the master were not clean. The beds were squeaky and hard. The bathrooms each only had two towels and 1 roll of toilet paper in them and the bathtub had several very long hairs in it. The main trash can had 1 garbage bag in it. They knew we had a family of 5 coming for one week, clearly not enough. There were no beach items (outside towels or folding chairs) available for use. There were no supplies available for use. So if you rent this condo, come with all the supplies you are going to need included salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, beach towels and trash bags. I have rented other condos in the area that came with plenty of supplies, were very clean/updated and cheaper than this one. It's decent, but for the price they charged us, I was disappointed.

We absolutely loved this condo. Everything inside the condo was perfect and the complex was very quiet. Although we visited during Spring Break, we never waited for more than 30 seconds for an elevator. The beach was very close and very peaceful. We used all of the amenities-indoor/outdoor pools and the hot tub (they have 3!!!) and we were never crowded. We travel often and will definitely return. ☀️
