Vacation apartment close to the sea and harbor in Agger. The vacation apartment is spread over two levels and is well equipped with three separate bedrooms; one on the ground floor with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed, and two bedrooms on the 1st floor. One has a double bed (¾ bed 140 cm x 200 cm). The other bedroom has two single beds, which can also be combined to form a double bed. Open-plan kitchen/living area with dining and seating area for family life. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and an oven, among other things. The living room has an open ceiling up to the ridge for an airy feeling. A climate-friendly heat pump is available for cooler days. Plenty of daylight through the large patio doors. The furnishings are comfortable and Scandinavian in style. Direct access from the living room to the terrace with dining area and charcoal grill. Parking space directly in front of the apartment. The holiday center offers many advantages and activities and is also suitable for families with children. There is a swimming pool (open from the end of June until week 42), sauna, billiards, table tennis, laundromat, playground, mini golf, beach volleyball, boccia, and a restaurant on site. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
