For comfort, the house features an energy-efficient heat pump, while a traditional wood-burning stove adds extra warmth and atmosphere on cooler days. Firewood is not included. From the living area, you step out onto a covered terrace furnished for outdoor relaxation. Children can enjoy themselves on the lawn with the play set while adults unwind in the fresh air. A carport is available on the property, offering practical shelter for your vehicle. Just about 300 m from the house lies the shallow sandy beach of Følle, perfect for swimming and family activities. During the summer season, bathing jetties are available for guests to enjoy. This holiday home is an excellent choice for those who appreciate the charm of a classic coastal getaway combined with family-friendly facilities. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
