One bedroom apartment. This is not an entire home rental. But man oh man, it's packed with amenities! Living room, bathroom, bedroom w/queen bed and kitchenette.

Details, Details, Details - this apartment has sooo many! And The vibe is a little bit spa (Natural oil diffuser and Shiatsu Shoulder & neck & foot/leg massagers, sound machine, cozy his & hers robes) and a little bit romance (4 poster bed with fairy lights). Property is one half mile from the beach and two miles from downtown. A very nice street to stroll down to the beach! Quiet residential neighborhood. Please note the kitchenette has a two burner hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven. Please understand this kitchenette isn't designed for daily full meal cooking.

The bath has a full walk in shower. Basics are supplied (soap, shampoo, and a small supply of basics you might have forgotten)

Free WiFi and Amazon firestick (prime videos, TV applications - not Cable or dish) and digital antenna for some local stations.

Basic amenities are included toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soft soap.

I can assure you that while this is an apartment, it's very private and quiet. I rarely see guests (unless you'd like to meet). In addition, I don't ask you to do a litany of chores at the end of your stay. There are no shared spaces.
You will have 2 spaces to park. Front to back, not side to side (appx 33 ft). The driveway is not suitable for large heavy trailers or campers. If you need more space, contact me and I may be able to accommodate you.

There are cooling and heating limits. 70° low limit 77 high limit for cooling. 78° high limit for heating. If you need temperatures outside of those limits please contact me before booking.

If you need help checking in, let me know in advance. Otherwise this is solely self check in.
