The Space:

Welcome to your comfortable and well-located base in Miraflores Resort, a popular and established area known for its green surroundings and relaxed atmosphere.



This ground-floor apartment offers a practical and spacious layout, ideal for up to four guests. It features two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with a bathroom that includes both a bath and shower.



The open-plan living area is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a comfortable L-shaped sofa. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and everything needed for a self-catering stay.



The private terrace opens directly onto the communal gardens, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. With a south-west orientation, the space enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day and is ideal for relaxing on the sun loungers or enjoying meals outdoors.



Guests have access to the resort’s well-maintained communal areas, including multiple swimming pools and an on-site restaurant, making it particularly convenient for families or those looking for a more relaxed, resort-style stay.



The location offers a great balance of tranquillity and convenience. The beach is approximately a ten-minute walk away, while a supermarket and several restaurants can be reached within five minutes. La Cala de Mijas, Marbella, and Fuengirola are all within easy driving distance, making this a great base for exploring the Costa del Sol.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive use of the apartment, including the private terrace, for the duration of their stay.



The communal gardens, swimming pools, and parking areas are shared with other residents and are available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Miraflores is a well-known and popular urbanisation in Mijas Costa, appreciated for its peaceful setting, landscaped gardens, and convenient location between La Cala de Mijas and Riviera del Sol.



The area offers a good selection of restaurants, cafés, and a nearby supermarket within walking distance, while the beach is just a short stroll away. It is an excellent choice for guests looking to enjoy a quieter environment while still being close to coastal attractions and amenities.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area, particularly due to the slightly elevated position of the resort.



However, many essentials including the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket are within walking distance. The supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk away and is big and relatively reasonably priced. Taxis and local transport options are also available for getting around the wider area, including trips to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, and Marbella.



Other Things to Note:

This is a residential resort, and guests are kindly asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during late hours.



Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00.



Guests have the option to enhance their stay with a range of additional services. A travel cot can be provided for €25, and an infant high chair is available for €15, or both items can be arranged together for €30.

We also offer a reliable airport transfer chauffeur service for €60 for up to four passengers, which is a great option for late arrivals or a smooth, stress-free journey to the property.

Late check-out may be available for a fee of half the nightly rate, subject to availability and confirmation closer to departure.

You will have full privacy during your stay, but our team is always available if you need assistance. We are locally based and happy to help with anything from check-in support to recommendations during your stay. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. Outside of these hours, we remain available for urgent matters.
