We all loved the complex. The house was lovely but the aircon didn’t work upstairs. We also had trouble with the front gate which at times needed a bit of brute force. We were given the wrong street name so took us 2 hours to find the property which was extremely upsetting for us. When I advised them of this I was told I should have used the link they sent me! Unfortunately I used the satnav! Even if I had used the link because the houses had two numbers on them we wouldn’t have known which the right one was especially as we had difficulty opening the gate. It was only when a resident who obviously knew the property literally kicked the gate with some force that it opened.

Good but could have been much better

We enjoyed our stay but what spoilt it was the extra charges not listed when we originally booked. This was for cleaning €102 and linen € 80 plus extra insurance. The air con upstairs did not work for 5 days and the younger members of our party had to sleep on the sofa as it was too hot upstairs. The cleaning of the place before hand wasn’t very good. The above points did not put us off from enjoying our stay.
