This house consists of 3 layers: basement, ground floor and first floor. There is a very spacious utility room in the basement. Ideal for all coats and beach gear.

Through the entrance you enter the living area on the ground floor with a spacious lounge sofa, flat screen and wood stove. Adjacent is the beautiful open kitchen with island equipped with all amenities and of course a beautiful dining table.

In the hall there is a guest toilet, wardrobe and access to the ground-floor double luxury bedroom with ensuite bathroom (double rain shower and toilet).

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with a desk. A cot could also be placed here.
In the basement there are 2 bedrooms, a recreation room and large storage room with washing machine and dryer.

The dune villa is largely equipped with underfloor heating. There are electric radiators on the 1st floor and in all bathrooms.

Ground floor: One bedroom with luxurious double bed (160x200cm) and ensuite bathroom (double rain shower, sink and toilet).
Basement: Two double bedrooms with luxurious beds (160x200cm), one bedroom with ensuite shower.
First floor: Two luxurious double bedrooms with electrically adjustable beds (one extra large bed of 200x200cm and one of 180x200cm).
On the first floor, the office can possibly be used as a 6th bedroom. a travel cot for children up to 3 years old.

Ground floor: Ensuite bathroom in the bedroom with double rain shower, sink and toilet.
First floor: Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet in the hall.
Basement: Separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. And ensuite shower in one of the bedrooms.

Outside
On the grounds surrounding the villa there is a large dining table and various sitting/lounge areas for sunbathing, reading a book or simply enjoying the view.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
