The Space:

This spacious and comfortable duplex apartment is located in Señorio de Aloha residence, in the heart of Nueva Andalucía’s Golf Valley, in the Doñana building. The apartment is accessed by stairs after entering the residence, with the building located on the right-hand side.



The apartment is distributed over two levels and offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for relaxing holidays in Marbella. On the main floor, you will find a bright entrance area leading to a fully equipped kitchen with access to a separate utility terrace, ideal for laundry and storage. The same level also features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large open-plan living and dining area with Smart TV and sofa bed, as well as direct access to the covered terrace with outdoor dining area and gas BBQ. An additional bathroom is also located on this floor.



Downstairs, the apartment offers two additional bedrooms and bathrooms connected both by a corridor and by an office area with direct access to the communal outdoor areas and gardens. One bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is fitted with twin beds. An additional spare bed is also available if needed.



With its spacious layout, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent location close to Puerto Banús, golf courses, beaches, and restaurants, this apartment is ideal for families, golfers and remote workers looking to enjoy Marbella comfortably.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the apartment as well as to all the facilities of Señorio de Aloha, including tropical gardens, three communal swimming pools, paddle courts and 24-hour gated security. The residence is known for its peaceful atmosphere while remaining within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, Centro Plaza, and only a few minutes from Puerto Banús.



The Neighborhood:

Señorio de Aloha is one of the most popular gated communities in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella’s famous Golf Valley. The area is known for its perfect combination of tranquility and proximity to Marbella’s best attractions. Within just a few minutes, guests can reach Puerto Banús marina, beaches, golf courses such as Aloha Golf and Las Brisas, Centro Plaza shopping area, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. It is an ideal location for guests wanting to enjoy Marbella while staying in a secure and relaxed residential environment.



Getting Around:

The apartment is ideally located for exploring Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Puerto Banús and the nearest beaches are only a few minutes away by car, while Marbella Old Town can be reached in around 10–15 minutes. Málaga Airport is approximately 45 minutes away. Many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops are accessible on foot, although having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and nearby golf courses. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also easily available.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay! The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
