Located on the ground floor, accessible via the charming staircase or the lift, the ★ "PIANO NOBILE LOFT" ★ looks forward to welcoming you during your stay in Modena!

Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living area featuring high ceilings and original exposed beams, which define the space and make it one-of-a-kind. Once inside the apartment, you’ll find a “CREO” kitchenette at your complete disposal, equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, which you can enjoy at the large table in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a microwave, and all the utensils you need to cook with ease. You’ll also have access to a coffee machine and a kettle; “Borbone” coffee capsules will be provided, allowing you to savour a coffee with the true essence of Naples, along with tea bags and herbal teas.

You’ll find a comfortable sofa waiting to welcome you—perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favourite film or TV series, streamed via Netflix on the apartment’s 42-inch Smart TV.

To ensure you get a good night’s rest, the apartment features a large double bed with a queen-size mattress, offering maximum comfort so you can sleep peacefully in the heart of Modena. Next to the bed, you’ll find a closet where you can store your clothes and keep your valuables safe in the built-in safe.

Finally, you’ll find a spacious bathroom equipped with a full set of fixtures, a sink with a large lighted mirror, and a hair dryer. The bathroom features a spacious and luxurious walk-in shower, which will ensure maximum comfort and relaxation after a long day. You’ll have a set of three soft towels in three different sizes at your disposal.
Upon arrival, you’ll find a selection of teas, herbal teas, coffee capsules, and mineral water.

Thanks to the “DAIKIN” air conditioner, you’ll enjoy the perfect temperature for every season and according to your needs. You’ll also have access to the fastest fiber-optic internet connection available, allowing you to browse comfortably at a speed of 1 Gb/ps. Guest Access
Access to the apartment is via self-check-in, allowing you to check in completely independently. Access instructions will be provided on the day of check-in via a message containing an access link.
Other things to keep in mind
Upon arrival at the property, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax via credit card or Satispay.

On the day of check-in, once you have received the access link to the property, please fill out the “Documents” section yourself and upload a selfie holding your ID. This procedure must be completed no later than 24 hours after your arrival to comply with public safety requirements.

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL); if you plan to enter the zone by car, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a pass.

To park your car for free in an area adjacent to the apartment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide you with a pass to display on your vehicle’s dashboard.
