My son and his family stayed there. Very convenient to restaurants and the train station. A/C worked well, beds were comfortable. Not too far from Orfeo's house, where we stayed.

The Property Owner was very responsive and had a very clean house period it was one of the most beautiful places we stayed on our 30 day European trip period the AC worked great in the beds were comfortable thank you

Alvaro's house was amazing and very clean. The attention and help he provided to my family and me was outstanding. We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could have stayed a few more days. The city of Modena is beautiful, I fell in love with both Alvaro's house and the city. Everything was absolutely wonderful!
