Sardinia summer 2023

Felice and his family were very friendly, kind and helpful during our entire stay. The house was as we had expected and we had no issues whatsoever. There is a newly installed airconditioning in one of the bedrooms. The house is on a hill, overlooking many other hills, very romantic view. It's a gated residency, so we felt very secure. Many beaches nearby, only 3-5 min drive. I can recommend! Cheers, Rita

Super séjour

L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes de 2 très belles plages de Chia. Très pratique et calme, il convenait parfaitement à ce que nous cherchions. Felice était aux petits soins pour nous.

Eccellente

Casa in una posizione magnifica, con vista suggestiva sulla zona circostante. Immersa nel verde, silenziosa, luminosa, ben arieggiata, bella esteticamente e concepita in modo pratico. Fantastica la terrazza di pertinenza dell’interno in cui abbiamo alloggiato, provvista di tavolo e sedie. E fantastica anche la terrazza condivisa, provvista di due bei tavoli e posti a sedere. Tutto pulitissimo. Barbecue di pertinenza dell’appartamento. Ottimo lo spazio lavanderia esterno, fuori dell’appartamento, con lavatrice, stendino e doccia. Abbiamo potuto raggiungere ‘Su Portu’, la spiaggia più vicina, in meno di 20 minuti di cammino su strada sicura per i pedoni e breve sentiero. Chi ama camminare un po’ più a lungo e non teme un breve tratto di “trekking” (percorribile anche con l’infradito!), può raggiungere la splendida ‘Sa Colonia’ in poco più di 30 minuti. In auto abbiamo raggiunto le spiagge principali della zona in circa 5 minuti. Il padrone di casa è una persona squisita. E’ stato estremamente disponibile, accogliente, amichevole, simpatico, veloce a rispondere le poche volte in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno e di un’ospitalità ineguagliabile.

Vacanze zii e nipoti a Chia!

Siamo stati in questo appartamento con i nostri nipoti di 15 e 18 anni, la casa è molto accogliente e immersa in una zona verde e silenziosa , con spazi esterni curati e ampi; la terrazza in più ,in uso all’appartamento , veramente godibile e consente pranzi all’aperto con qualsiasi tempo. Parcheggio interno. Comoda la posizione vicina a molte belle spiagge di Chia raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti anche se occorre avere buone gambe per affrontare la salita del rientro. Il sig. Felice super disponibile per ogni necessità, un ottimo host che ringraziamo di cuore ! Ci ritorneremmo con piacere .

Grazioso appartamento posto in collina con vista sui monti. Il Proprietario il Signor Felice ti accoglie con calore ed e' sempre presente per informazioni o qualsiasi problema. . Piacevole LA possibilita' di mangiare in terrazza. La posizione e' perfetta per visitare tuttel le piu' belle spiagge di Chia.
