the house is excellently equipped, we really appreciated the barbecue area with seating, pizza oven and outdoor shower with hot water. very quiet location. the owner gives a very nice impression and together with his wife they warmly welcomed us and were helpful in everything. I definitely recommend it.

Vacanza a Chia

Abbiamo affittato la casa per una settimana a metà luglio. La proprietà era proprio come descritta dalle foto dell'annuncio: uno spazio porticato esterno ampio per pranzare, un giardino curato, 3 camere da letto e zona giorno con angolo cucina ben attrezzata. Tutto pulito ed in ordine. Zona tranquilla ai margini di Chia, tutto molto rilassante a parte un'invasione di vespe che non ci ha permesso di usufruire degli spazi all'aperto e del grande bbq in muratura esterno. È stata l'occasione però per assaporare i piatti tipici nei ristoranti della zona. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Great!!

We had a great time in Chia, villa was perfect, nice garden, large terrras, very clean and well equipped kitchen, all close to the beaches of Chia. We spend 1 week for kitesurfing and had the perfect week!!! From Chia you can travel to the best spots in the south of the island. Marc

nettes Ferienhaus

Anfang April haben wir eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer Gartensiedlung. Ringsherum befinden sich also Nachbarn. Man ist leider nicht für sich alleine!!! Teilweise Lärm durch Holz zersägen oder Steine zerschlagen von Hausabriss auf Nachbargrundstück. Das Ferienhaus ist in einem guten Zustand. Hochwertiger Terrassentisch + 6 Stühle aus Holz. Guter rustikaler Holz-Esstisch im Wohn/ Essbereich. Flachbildfernseher mit 3 deutschen Programmen( ARD, ZDF und RTL II). Es gibt einen Radio/ CD Recorder allerdings hat man in dem Tal wo sich das Haus befindet so gut wie keinen Empfang. Nur ein Arabischer Sender auf MW!! Also CD´s von daheim mitnehmen. Handy hat im ganzen Haus/ Garten kein Empfang!!! Es gibt auf der Terrasse eine Stelle wo man etwas Empfang hat. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer. 2 mit Ehebett und eins für Kinder mit Doppelstockbett und Einzelbett. Die Matratzen sind schlecht. Das Badezimmer ist schön und rustikal. Wenn man duscht kommt sofort warmes Wasser. Es gibt Adapter, man muss also keinen mitbringen. In der Küche gibt es eine Saeco Kaffeemaschine die mit Kaffeebohnen betrieben wird. Des Weiteren eine Microwelle mit Grill und Röstfunktion, falls man sich Toast machen möchte. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch Weinöffner, viel Besteck, Tassen, Töpfe, Geschirr etc. Zwei Holzkohleofen auf Grundstück zum Grillen oder Pizza machen. Gartengrundstück sehr gepflegt mit Bäumen und Sträuchern. Leider liegt das Haus in einer Gegend wo es, warum auch immer (vielleicht wegen den See´n die hinter dem Meer liegen), bereits im April schon extrem viele Moskitos hatte. Auch tagsüber!!! Das kannten wir von unseren letzten zwei Sardinienurlauben (Costa Orosei & Porto Corallo) die wir jeweils im April verbrachten nicht. Und was für uns auch ein Hauptgrund ist, warum wir im Frühjahr ans Mittelmeer fahren und nicht im Sommer! Wir möchten draußen sitzen können ohne verstochen zu werden. Das leider nicht möglich!!! Im Ort Chia befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt (an der Strasse SS195, wenn man von Pula aus kommt). Er hat vormittags und nachmittags ab 16:30 Uhr geöffnet. Hat auch Brot. Kein Fleisch. Hier muss man nach Pula. Alles in allem ist das Ferienhaus gut. Wer seine absolute Ruhe möchte ist hier falsch, wie oben beschrieben befinden sich außen rum Nachbarn. Wir finden den Mietpreis etwas überteuert.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich.
