Just a few minutes’ walk from the turquoise sea and the beautiful sandy beaches of “St. Margherita di Pula” in the south, and only about 5 km from the stunning beaches of “CHIA” and “Tuerredda”—in the CAPO-BLU residence, situated on a hillside with a stunning panoramic view of the sea, lies this spacious and tastefully furnished holiday home on a terraced lot.

The living space (approx. 98 square metres) accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child and is laid out as follows: A large, modern living/dining room and an adjoining, comfortable kitchenette with a bar counter and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking view - 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom - 1 additional bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom is located separately in the extended annex + an extra sleeping space on the sleeper sofa in the living area - A third bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available - The large, furnished, and covered terrace in front of the house, featuring a brick barbecue and pizza oven, along with a lovely small balcony with lounge chairs and a breathtaking view of the sea, round out this highly recommended holiday home for a relaxing getaway in SARDINIA.
Important: Electricity will be billed separately on-site based on usage! A final cleaning fee of 100.00 EUR must be paid in cash on-site!

A lovely summer getaway house

Very helpful and straightforward booking and correspondence with Talissa and Winfried. A lovely house and happy treasured memories, thank you. The start of the holiday was quite scary as my text did not reach Paolo - we arrived exactly on the pre-arranged time. Winfried was a star on our behalf. When he did come he leant out of the car laughing and explaining he would be another 15 mins! After a long wait in the boiling sun we eventually arrived and were pleased with what we saw! All that you need for a lovely break away. Not speaking Italian did not help when trying to book local restaurants but we did find a lovely one at Nora. Plenty of amazing beaches - and wonderful varied swimming conditions. Would love to visit again and, having got to know Paolo across the two weeks we are happy to say that our acting skills (hand gestures and the odd ‘Si Paola’) have been put to good use. We didn’t want to leave Sardinia and will certainly be back! Thank you.
