Schönes Feriendomizil

Freundliche & diskrete Gastgeber. Trotz Hochsaison waren die Siedlung und der sehr schöne nahe Strand nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Auf dem Spielplatz, den Sportanlagen & beim Pool & Restaurant kann man sich treffen. Es ist aber keine Partysiedlung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Da die Terrasse Morgensonne und kaum Wind hat, mochten wir dort im Hochsommer erst Abends verweilen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Taucherbrille nicht vergessen!

Ottima vacanza

Due adulti e una bimba di 5 anni, Siamo appena tornati dopo 15 giorni fantastici. Appartamento rispecchia al 100% la descrizione fatta dal proprietario che abbiamo conosciuto e che Ăš stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento pulito, stoviglie complete di tutto, dotato di aria condizionata, TV e lavatrice. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e ubicato in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le spiagge di Chia. Complesso residenziale tranquillissimo, servito anche di piscina, bar/pizzeria, parco gioco e campi da tennis. Che dire, ci tornei volentieri

Angenehme Zeit

Die FeWo liegt in einer schönen, gepflegten Feriensiedlung, hohe Kiefern spenden angenehmen Schatten. Die Terasse geht nach Osten und man kann sehr schön in der Morgensonne frĂŒhstĂŒcken. Ein Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der war allerdings bei unserem Besuch im Oktober mit Tang voll und wir sind dort nicht baden gegangen. Wenige Kilometer entfernt sind aber die wundervollen StrĂ€nde von Chia, die klares Wasser und sauberen Strand haben. Toll! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Wir wurden von dem deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiter vor Ort sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und er stand immer fĂŒr Fragen zur VerfĂŒgung.

Nice location

The unit was conveniently located and close to many beautiful beaches. Our stay was after the busy season and travel to and from the unit by car was easy with little traffic. We thought the beach would be a little more accessible by walking, which was important because of our age (mid 70s), although a fishing pier was very close and within walking distance. For the price we think the unit was fantastic and had all of the features we required. Many fine restaurants nearby in the town of Pula and some wonderful beaches there. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Sardegna Magnifica

Appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario in una delle zone piĂč belle della Sardegna! Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e una bambina di 3 anni..forse un pochino alle strette ma essendo a casa solo per cenare e dormire a noi Ăš andato benissimo! Parcheggio auto dedicato a 100mt comodissimo, spiaggia di Cala verde a 5 minuti a piedi bellissima..mare pulito e spiaggia comoda! A 15/20 minuti di macchina si trovano tutte le spiagge piĂč belle della zona..da vedere assolutamente! La sera per trovare un po'di svago Ăš necessario spostarsi a pula che comunque Ăš a 10 minuti di macchina..bel paese dove si trovano bar, ristoranti birrerie, negozi ecc... Il proprietario Ăš sempre stato disponibile e quando abbiamo avuto necessitĂ  di contattarlo ha sempre risposto subito pur non essendo sul posto anche se nella comunione Cala verde c'Ăš del personale in caso di necessitĂ . Vacanza bellissima,posti stupendi da vedere assolutamente..noi siamo stati veramente bene, speriamo di tornare presto! Un arrivederci per ora.. Stefano, Federica, Diego, Marta e la piccola Anna che si Ăš divertita come una matta in questo mare da cartolina!!!

Un gioiello

Perfetto per una coppia o una famiglia di 4 persone, la casetta su due piani ha ottimi letti ed Ăš fornita di tutti gli accessori per la cucina. Si mangia dentro oppure fuori, come da preferenza. Pulizia impeccabile e biancheria di qualitĂ . Contesto splendido ed estremamente curato (piccolo giardino privato in un residence immerso nel verde) a pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera. PossibilitĂ  di affittare ombrelloni e sdraio. Il proprietario Ăš stato a disposizione per ogni richiesta con preziosi consigli. Speriamo di cuore di tornare qui.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir erlebten 12 angenehme, schöne Tage im Bungalow. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Wir fĂŒhlten uns sehr wohl. Angenehm war der Supermarkt der gleich um die Ecke war und alles was man brauchte bekam,wie frisches Obst und GemĂŒse. Verschiedene Restaurants sind in der Umgebung gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Der Strand erreicht man in 5 Gehminuten. Das Wasser und Strand war sehr sauber. Zu unserer Reisezeit war wenig los auf der Anlage und den StrĂ€nden was wir sehr schĂ€tzten. Weitere schöne StrĂ€nde sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Idylle mit traumhaften Strand

Sehr schöne Wohnanlage,grĂŒn, gepflegt und ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche neu und auch sonst macht alles einen sehr gepflegten und sehr sauberen Eindruck! Lediglich das Bad bzw. der Toilettensitz sowie die Duschamatur mĂŒsste unbedingt erneuert werden, wobei es im Garten eine Dusche mit Kalt sowie Warmwasser gibt. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und das Wasser extrem klar. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerade fĂŒr Leute die mobil sind und denoch Ruhe suchen.

Unterkunft sehr gut.....aber nicht viel los iim SĂŒden von Sardinien.

Positiv möchte ich vorab ausdrĂŒcklich die tolle Wohnung und den Vorort-Service loben. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, um eine entspannte Zeit in der ca. 35 Jahre alten Unterkunft inmitten eines Kiefern- / Pinienwalds (Vorsicht MĂŒcken....) zu verbringen. Nachteilig empfinde ich das karge Angebot an SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten in der nĂ€heren Umgebung. DafĂŒr ist es wohl besser, seinen Urlaub im Norden von Sardinien zu verbringen. Oder Mann/Frau möchte den ganzen Tag im Auto sitzen.....Desweiteren ist das Angebot von Bars oder Restaurants mit gemischter italienischer KĂŒche in der nĂ€heren Umgebung eingeschrĂ€nkt bzw. nicht vorhanden. Die Sardische KĂŒche besteht hauptsĂ€chlich aus leckeren Fisch oder Pizza. Wir verbrachten eine Woche als Paar auf der ruhigen Anlage und sind der Meinung, dass dieses Fleckchen Erde doch wohl besser fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern oder Leuten geeignet ist, die ausschließlich den klassischen Urlaub am Strand mit der Selbstverpflegung Vorort bevorzugen. StrĂ€nde in der nĂ€heren Umgebung haben ausschließlich kostenpflichtige ParkplĂ€tze aber keine Toiletten (!) und auch keine Duschen zum abbrausen. SupermĂ€rkte haben von 13.00 - 17.00 Uhr geschlossen.

Traumhafter Sardinien Urlaub in schöner Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Calaverde. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern vorzufinden und hat alles nötige was man braucht. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und hat eine kleine Bar/Cafe. Zu unserer Reisezeit Mitte Juni war nicht viel los auf der Anlage, was sehr angenehm war, der Pool und die Pizzeria waren noch geschlossen. In dem Supermarkt, der ebenfalls fußlĂ€ufig ist, bekommt man alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect beach location. The place had everything we needed. Clean, tidy, welcoming. Just brilliant!

We had a wonderful few days here. The apartment was perfect and so well equipped. It was very clean and tidy. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and had a very relaxing break. The beach is a very short walk from the apartment and, in our opinion, one of the nicest beaches. Overall a wonderful holiday. We would go back happily.

Déçu, mais...

Bien sur il y a eu le mauvais temps pour lequel personnes n'y est pour rien. La rĂ©sidence est superbe et trĂšs bien entretenue, mais les tailles haies, tondeuses, tronçonneuses dans toute la rĂ©sidence et le marteau piqueur dans une maison Ă  100 mĂ©tres de notre location de 8h30 Ă  19h30 c'est plus que fatiguant, et çà y compris le samedi et le dimanche. Le supermarchĂ© soit disant Ă  200 mĂ©tres existe bien mais n'a jamais ouvert ses portes. Enfin l'environnement gĂ©nĂ©ral d'une partie sud de la Sardaigne (nous avons fait 700 kms en 1 semaine) est superbe, mais, car il y a un mais, pas un restaurant, bar, boutique donc de convivialitĂ©, tous les bords de mer sont cloturĂ©s et parkings payants obligatoires. VoilĂ , dĂ©solĂ© d'ĂȘtre nĂ©gatif, mais le sud Sardaigne reste quand mĂȘme un endroit superbe avec des paysages extraordinaires pour les contemplatifs et les marcheurs.

All you need - nice beach, appropriate residence, really quiet after season

We had a great stay at Federico‘s place. Riccardo, the first point of contact in Pula, was really friendly and supportive. The place is simply equipped, but we found more or less everything which was really needed. The dish washer was broken; not perfect, but also no catastrophe. To the beach it is about 8min walking. The area has nice beaches.

GemĂŒtliche Anlage mit wunderschönem Strand

Wir waren in der ersten Woche im Juni da und wurden vom Verwalter freundlich empfangen, er spricht deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es war zu dieser Zeit sehr ruhig auf der Anlage da nur wenige Wohnungen bewohnt waren. Der Strand und die Standbar waren wirklich wunderbar. Es gibt einen Laden in dem man eigentlich alles bekommt, das Lokal auf der Anlage haben wir nicht getestet, da es nicht sehr einladend aussah. Pula ist ein wirklich sehr schönes kleines StÀdtchen und wir waren zum Essen immer dort. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Wonderful

Really lovely holiday. Apartment is basic but has everything you need. Beach is really close and oh so pretty. We spent a lot of time visiting Pula which is great for meals out in the evening and make sure you book in a visits to Chia's beaches, they are spectacular.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Bungalow ist in sehr gutem Zustand und top ausgerĂŒstet. Es hat mehr, als man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Der Standort ist perfekt fĂŒr die StrĂ€nde an der Costa del Sud zu besuchen. Kurze Anfahrtswege und auch nicht allzu weit von Pula, der nĂ€chstgrösseren Ortschaft. Auch ohne Auto kann gut Ferien gemacht werden; gleich um die Ecke hat es einen Supermercado und der Strand von Santa Margherita di Pula gehört eh zu den schönsten StrĂ€nden SĂŒdens.

Ein Ort zum WohlfĂŒhlen/a place to well-being

Wir haben die Zeit in dem schönen Reihenhaus sehr genossen. Es ist ein idealer Ort fĂŒr erholsame Ferientage und fĂŒr AusflĂŒge an tolle StrĂ€nde. Das Haus an sich und die Ausstattung entsprachen exakt den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Check in und out liefen sehr entspannt, die Betreuung wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts vor Ort war sehr gut. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Um sich dauerhaft eine Bestbewertung zu sichern, sollte ĂŒberlegt werden, die Terrassenmöbel (KlappstĂŒhle und Auflagen) teilweise zu erneuern. We have enjoyed the time in this nice house very much. It is an ideal place to relax and to detect amazing beaches in the environment. The pictures and the description of the house fit very well, the support during the time too. To maintain best feedbacks we would recommend to renew parts of the furniture (chairs and sun-lounger cushion) on the terrace.

Ein idealer Ort fĂŒr erholsame Ferientage. Das kleine Reihenhaus unter den großen, Schatten spendenden Pinien entspricht der Beschreibung. Herrlicher Sandstrand, traumhaftes Wasser, ruhige Anlage, gut sortierter Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hilfreich fĂŒr deutsche GĂ€ste ist der freundliche, deutsch sprechende Ansprechpartner Herr R. vor Ort.

Super Familienurlaub

Ein schönes Reihenhaus eingebettet in einer kleinen, gepflegten Residenz...inmitten von schönen PinienbĂ€umen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Spielplatz war sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr unsere Kinder (4 und 6 Jahre alt) und wurde, wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes modernisiert. Die Anlage an sich ist nett verwinkelt und schattig. Zum Strand gibt es zig unterschiedliche Wege. Strandentfernung ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand an sich ist unseres Erachtens sehr schön und war super geeignet fĂŒr unsere Kinder. Auch die StrĂ€nde der Umgebung (Chia, Pula, etc. ...) sind toll aber mit deutlich mehr Menschen frequentiert. Der Supermarkt, fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, hat alles was man zum angenehmen ĂŒberleben braucht. Cagliari sowie die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Gegend sind gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit vorab guter Kommunikation zum EigentĂŒmer und den zu den Verantwortlichen vor Ort.

Super Urlaub fĂŒr Familie mit Kindern

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage: 5min zu Fuß zu einem schönen Strand, 5min zu Fuß zu einem kleinen Market (Brötchen etc.). Sehr sauber. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt.
