Located on a hillside within a gated community, this double-storey house is reached by walking down 110 steps from a private parking spot. After the descent, you'll be rewarded with a spectacular sea view, unspoiled by roads or other houses.

The villa faces south-east and enjoys sunny mornings and afternoon shade. It has two large bedrooms with sea views, plus a smaller bedroom with a double bunk bed. The upstairs master bedroom has a balcony. There is a large bathroom on each floor with shower, toilet and bidet. The upstairs bathroom has an adjoining terrace with outdoor shower.

Downstairs you'll find an open-plan living room with double sofa bed, dining table, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a small utility room for laundry. Large patio doors lead to a spacious outdoor area including covered terrace with dining table and sofa seats, lawn, barbecue and outdoor shower.

You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay including unlimited high-speed Wifi, LED Smart TV with TivuSat and Netflix, filter coffee machine (and traditional moka pot), electric convection oven, induction hob, bullet blender, washing machine, dishwasher, air-con, standing fan, and digital safe.
