House on one level within a private complex in a peaceful setting with living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Fenced patio ideal for children.
House entirely built in very fresh stone equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher.
2 km from the beautiful beaches of Chia, reachable on foot in 15 minutes and 400 meters from the market and restaurant.
Outdoor patio equipped with table and chairs.
Free parking in front of the house.
The town of Chia, a hamlet in the municipality of Domus de Maria, is located on the south-western coast of Sardinia, just 55 km from Cagliari, the Sardinian capital.
Extras to be paid locally:
Final cleaning € 100, bed linen and towels on request € 15 per person.
Pocket wi-fi for a fee on request.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be agreed in advance.
Use water and electricity sparingly. Turn off the air conditioners when you are not at home.
Do not throw paper or other objects into the toilet.
When checking out make sure to:
- do not leave garbage in the house
- thoroughly clean the kitchenette and wash the used dishes
- do not leave anything in the fridge that cannot be used by other guests
