About this property

100m from the beach, apartment with river view, small garden for meals

With a view of the Herault, and 100 meters from the beach, two apartments for 4 people (possibility of extra beds) are available for rent: one in ground garden, and the other upstairs , located in an old house of the port of Grau d'Agde. There in a few years, the house was staying guards lighthouses from the mouth of the Hérault.

Old fears, located 23 Quai Commandant Méric Grau d'Agde, opposite the mouth of the Hérault in the Mediterranean.
Boats are in front of the house, which is one of the few from the dock to have a shady garden at the front and at the back, in the shade of the old mulberry trees.
The lighthouse equipment still exists behind the house.

Tout à fait conforme à l’annonce , ce n’est pas très grand mais tout à fait fonctionnel et parfait pour une famille à quatre. Les enfants ont adoré nous aussi. Le fait de pouvoir déjeuner dans le jardin avec la plancha , la proximité de tout , tout en étant calme. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr. Merci à Mr Regol pour sa disponibilité et écoute.

ce pourrait être parfait si l’entretien était fait:-aucun entretien du » jardinet ».chaises longues à nettoyer et à dégager des herbes prises dedans-cuisine sale et pas fonctionnelle à notre arrivée: plaque vitro hors service, avons dû nettoyer cafetière bouilloire,couverts plan de travail et évier.-plan de travail sous plaques de cuisson inutilisable-four : ne l’avons pas ouvert vu l’état extérieur -douche et joints cabines sales… et pose qui tient plus du petit bricoleur..- pas de détecteur de fumée -attaches lunette wc rouillées et tampons sous lunettes en partie absents-carreau cassé à la fenêtre de la cuisine- pas de place dans la cour pour garer notre voiture à l’abri comme promis au téléphone- barbecue jardin:cuve totalement rouillée et pas de grilleImpossibilité de cuisiner même cuire des œufs!!!!point positif: le propriétaire est réactif et essaie d’accéder à nos demandes….il semble désappointé et ne pas comprendre notre mécontentementtrès positif:l’emplacement !le lieu pourrait être parfait s’il était correctement entretenu et équipé de façon fonctionnelle . le descriptif de l’annonce et les échanges téléphoniques avant notre arrivée ne correspondent pas à la réalité

très bon emplacement

très bon emplacement pour restos, plage, marché, activités nautiques. Matelas très confortables. Logement avec 5 couchages mais pièce à vivre vieillotte adaptée seulement pour 2/3 personnes. Dommage que les chiens n'aient pas accès à la plage (même tôt le matin) parce qu'il n'y a pas d'espaces verts à proximité pour eux.

A quelques pas de la plage et des commerces l'emplacement est top. L'intérieur de la location est meublé de bric et de broc mais la literie est de bonne qualité et une clim réversible assure une bonne température.Notre hôte a été discret et accueillant et nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Jolie petite maison à l'emplacement exceptionnel au bord du fleuve. Mais vraiment petite. Et en mauvais état. Le parking promis était inaccessible (il fallait un bip pour ouvrir la borne qui fermait la route d'accès). Mais le propriétaire était sympathique et disponible.

Charlie is a retired organic wine producer, he lived his childhood in the city of Agde, he is passionate about the region and it's culture, and just started a new activity renovating and renting this beautiful house on the riverbank.

Why they chose this property

This house has got an history, it has been built in the 1800s and is one of the most ancient of the coast. It has been the house of the lighthouse/beacon keepers for a long time.
You can still find the old energy generator at the back of the garden, which powered light to the lighthouse which is 600meters away from the house.

What makes this property unique

Well deserved, with a large garden space, two feets away from water flowing in the river, and three minutes to the mediterranean beach!
