A large house surrounded by nature, ideal for families and groups of friends.
The house is very large, with ample exterior spaces, terraces with sun and shade, and magnificent views of the old town of Cehegín, the mountains of Caravaca and Burete. Well communicated and only a few minutes walk from the Vía Verde del Noroeste, the old town of Cehegín by unpaved road and 7 minutes drive from Caravaca de la Cruz and Bullas with its wine routes. The house is on two floors: Ground floor with entrance, kitchen, hallway, living room with exits to large terrace, dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fireplace, heating, swimming pool, large plot with pine trees, garden and swimming pool. Parking space and many views. The pool is very big and there are many shady and sunny areas.
