floor, where the vacation apartment is developed. A lovely balcony
equipped with a small table and chairs welcomes guests outside.
The entrance to the house is into a large living room with sofa, dining room and kitchenette. The living room leads to the 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with twin beds. The double bedroom also has a balcony.
Completing the apartment is 1 shower room.

The 4-bed apartment, located on the upper floor of a small complex, is located in the town of Torre San Giovanni, along the Ugento coastline, just 350 meters from the sea.

San Giovanni in summer is a lively tourist center and all the main
services are located there. The resort is famous for its beautiful
beaches of golden sand, along which there are both equipped lidos and
stretches of free beach.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
