Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a cozy environment. The 115-square-meter villa is surrounded by a private garden of 1600 square meters with olive trees and characteristic Sicilian plants. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a laundry room with a washing machine and toilet.

The villa offers ample private parking within the property. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and TV, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

The property features an automatic gate, photovoltaic system, a spacious kitchen with microwave, oven, refrigerator, and bread maker. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, and TV, along with a fireplace to warm the atmosphere on winter evenings. Radiators are present throughout the villa.

The kitchen opens onto a 40-square-meter veranda with curtains and an outdoor table, while the living room overlooks a 50-square-meter veranda. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa.

You can sunbathe on the loungers in the lawn, enjoy a sunset aperitif, or simply relax reading a book in the shade of the large mulberry tree.
