Holiday cottage urrounded by an extensive garden (1000 m2) and located at the end of the small and quiet village of San Juan de Medioa, region of Alt Penedès (province of Barcelona), the main economic activity of the town is the agricultural.

The garden is distributed in different heights and consists of a forest area, pergolas area, terraces and garden.

Distributed on one level, it is accessed from the garden by a staircase of one section (10 steps).
