Located just a few minutes’ walk from Central Station and near the CAIAZZO stop on Metro Line 2 and the LIMA stop on Metro Line 1. A 5-minute walk from Corso Buenos Aires, a major street famous for shopping. A 30- to 40-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo.
We own the building, which is equipped with security cameras in the common areas.
Beautiful, recently renovated apartment. The air conditioning and small balconies are the features most appreciated by guests.
A few days before your arrival, Silvia will contact you by phone to provide you with the information you’ll need to check in.
You’ll be asked to send the identification documents for each guest (without which you won’t be able to access the apartment) and to let us know your arrival time (it’s very important for us to know this so we can prioritise cleaning for our staff and try to have the apartment ready for you upon arrival if you arrive before check-in time).
Once we have your identification documents, we’ll send you the access code for the apartment. During the day, you’ll find our staff in the building who will assist you with anything you need.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. 
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, kettle, and microwave (you can request a blender and toaster).
Dining room, 2 double bedrooms with 160x190 mattresses, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190), 1 single bedroom with an 80x190 bed, and 2 bathrooms. Wi-Fi is available, and you’ll find the password in the PDF that will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. The apartment also has a washer-dryer combo, an iron, an ironing board, and a Nespresso machine so you can make yourself an excellent Italian-style espresso! Electric door with access code.

CHECK-IN: from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Self-check-in is available after 6:00 PM, as the apartment is equipped with electronic access for both the building’s main entrance and the apartment door. Early check-in is subject to apartment availability. Late check-in is possible at any time.
CHECK-OUT: by 11:00 a.m.
LATE CHECK-OUT: at a cost of 50% of the apartment rate, subject to availability.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: This service is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6pm.Il Saturday and Sunday, subject to on-site staff availability. We ask our guests to notify us of any valuables contained in their luggage so that we can store them in a safe. We assume no responsibility for missing items or money that were not declared at the time the luggage was left with us.
IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Italian law requires that all guests staying in our area be identified by presenting an identification document (ID card, passport, or driving licence) and registered in the State Police’s electronic system (the same procedure required by hotels). Upon your arrival, you must present your ID to our staff member so they can photograph it and complete the registration. If you are scheduled to arrive after 6:00 p.m., you must send a photo of your ID to receive the apartment access code. All photos will be deleted immediately afterwards. The access codes required for check-in will be sent only after we receive a valid identification document for each guest staying in our apartment. If the necessary identification documents are not provided, the property reserves the right to deny access to the apartment. This is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT under Italian law.
ADDITIONAL APARTMENT CLEANING SERVICES: For stays longer than 5 days, a complimentary cleaning and linens change are provided. EXTRA CLEANING: Linens and cleaning can be arranged for 40€.
TOWEL CHANGE: Towels are not changed daily.
BED LINEN CHANGE: Bed linen is changed free of charge after the 5th day of your stay. If you request a change before the 5th day, the cost is €15 per bed.

CRADLE, HIGH CHAIR, and BABY BATHTUB: Cradles and/or high chairs are available free of charge, subject to availability. For this reason, we recommend that our guests request them immediately at the time of booking.
