We enjoyed our stay in Hammersmith and the accommodation fit our needs for the most part. Unfortunately there were not enough fans for every bedroom and the summer was very hot so nights were a little uncomfortable. Living space was a little bit tight with kitchen, dining and living space all in one. The dining table sat 6 which was helpful but then there was only a 2/3 seater sofa and a 1 seat sofa.House was clean and tidy, but some of the light bulbs didn’t work making it difficult to climb the stairs and the toilet seat was broken. Was great to have a washing machine but the clothes airer was quite small and there wasn’t enough room to hang the whole (small) load of washing.Check in was a little tricky as I had to call to receive check in information. I was having difficulties with UK sim so it would have been easier to use the Stayz messaging system, all got sorted out in the end and they were very patient and helpful.
